Kathleen Seeley is the Founder of TSG The Seeley Group Consulting Inc. For more than 20 years she has been working with individuals and organizations facilitating game-changing transformation in leadership capacity and team functioning. The tools she shares are practical and her experiential method for teaching makes them immediately applicable.

Her work is targeted to create sustainable values-driven cultures and develop values-based leaders. A values-based approach is emerging among leadership around the world as a pathway to a more stable and sustainable human future. A focus on values takes us to a level of awareness beyond the short term and enables insight into meaning and purpose.

Kathleen distinguishes herself by being dynamic, flexible, and sensitive to the specific needs of each individual client group and is able to gain trust and build relationships in a remarkably fast and genuine manner. As a mentor and a coach, she has the awareness and courage to face what needs to be confronted, yet able to deliver feedback in a compassionate and effective manner. She integrates the right dose of humour and self-disclosure about her own challenges, this makes her feedback easy to listen to, understand, and integrate without resistance.

She has a Master in Leadership degree with a focus on Collaborative Leadership Practices and a Master’s Certification in Values-Based Leadership. She is also an Associate Faculty in The School of Leadership teaching Values-Based Leadership at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia. Kathleen has recently been on boarded as a TEC-Canada speaker sharing her message about Building Values Driven cultures with Executives across the country.

For the past 4 years Kathleen also consults with Jack Canfield, co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul, The Success Principles, and multiple New York Times Best Seller, providing organizational development consultation, developing their training programs, and is a guest speaker at his training events. She co-authored a new Chapter on Leadership in his 10th Anniversary release of the Success Principles entitled “Be a Leader Worth Following”.
